I graduated in Interpreting and Communication at the IULM University in Milan, where the main subjects were interpreting and translation between French, English and Italian. Soon after graduating, I moved to Poland where I obtained a post-graduate Diploma in Conference Interpreting
My constant drive towards self-improvement has earned me inclusion on the list of sworn translators and the Leopoldo Costa award in 2006.
I have been teaching translation and conference interpreting as part of the undergraduate and postgraduate study program at the Pedagogical University and the UNESCO Chair in Cracow since 2006.
Drawing on the skills and experience I have acquired during my career, I now run a successful business providing translation and interpreting services to a number of clients and agencies.
I am specialized in conference interpreting (both consecutive and simultaneous) and in written translations especially as regards law, economics, tourism and European Union matters.
My interpreting services have been provided to prominent figures from the world of culture, politics and business including the Polish prime minister Donald Tusk, the former European parliament president Jerzy Buzek, the European Commissioner Antonio Tajani, and the Małopolska region president Stanisław Kracik. I have also worked on behalf of the Australian TV CHANNEL 9 at various European projects such as EQUAL, SEEN, PERIURBAN PARKS, as well as for a number of TV and press networks during EURO 2012, such as SKY Sport, RAI Sport, Eurosport, and la Gazzetta dello Sport.
Furthermore, I have translated some academic contributions given by social psychology and history lecturers during various international events as well as two football guides of PORTSMOUTH FC and CRACOVIA.
